Results Of Week 1 Of The NFL: How Bad Did I Do With Predictions?

So as you know I predicted the entire NFL season about a week ago, and every week I will post the results prior to the beginning of the next week to keep track of how well, or how horrible, I did that week. I will keep season totals at the bottom.

I will include my friend Andrew’s results after my own; here is his entire NFL season prediction.

Green is correct; Red is incorrect. The scores really don’t matter, but if I happen to ever get one perfectly correct I will let you know (because you probably care so much about that!).

WEEK 1

Thursday, Sept. 5
Ravens at Broncos – 8:30 p.m. ET Broncos 31 Ravens 17

Sunday, Sept. 8
Patriots @ Bills – 1 p.m. Patriots 24 Bills 13
Titans @ Steelers – 1 p.m. Titans 14 Steelers 10
Falcons @ Saints – 1 pm Falcons 35 Saints 31
Buccaneers @ Jets – 1 pm Buccaneers 38 Jets 10
Chiefs @ Jaguars – 1 pm Chiefs 20 Jaguars 17
Seahawks @ Panthers – 1 pm Panthers 35 Seahawks 28
Bengals @ Bears – 1 pm Bengals 27 Bears 17
Dolphins @ Browns – 1 pm Browns 13 Dolphins 7
Vikings @ Lions – 1 pm Lions 23 Vikings 17
Raiders @ Colts – 1 pm Colts 27 Raiders 21
Packers @ 49ers – 4:25 p.m. 49ers 31 Packers 20
Cardinals @ Rams – 4:25 p.m. Rams 18 Cardinals 13
Giants @ Cowboys – 8:30 p.m. Cowboys 24 Giants 10

Monday, Sept. 9
Eagles @ Redskins – 7:10 p.m. Redskins 30 Eagles 17
Texans @ Chargers – 10:20 p.m. Texans 38 Chargers 18

Week 1 (season) record: 10 – 6

Not too shabby! Really thought the Bengals would win their game, and really thought the Jets would be terrible (I have them having a 0-16 record – already wrong!).

Andrew’s Predictions:

Wow. He is also at a Week 1 (season) total of 10-6 as well. That’s neat I guess.
